What free AG Club charms??? They give them away??? I know that you can use club stars to buy charms, is that what you mean?
I don't know if it is my luck or what, but has anyone else gotten the AG Club Charms (the free ones) that missed the quality control person.
We got a charm for Felicity and Elizabeth, the pictures slapped on croked. [img]rolleyes.gif[/img] The Charm for Samantha and Nelli just arrived. It does not close right. [img]frown.gif[/img]
If they are goign to give away charms, they should make sure there is some quality control going on. Otherwise why bother.

Yes, my dd was so excited about these. She worked so hard to get the Samantha Nellie charm, but when it came in a tiny flat soft envelope, it was squished and bent. I tried to fix it, but it still doesn't close right. She was SOOO disappointed. I didn't call because I figured they would just send another broken one. I can't see how they can go through the mail like that in a flimsy envelope and not get broken.
I am having to really encourage her to keep earning stars. (I don't think she is going to buy anymore charms). She also wishes they had some clothes or accessories for the historical dolls. She doesn't have any AGOTs.

I wonder if you ordered the charm with another item, say the AG Club Outfit, that would that help prevent it from becoming broken?
I realize that not everyone is going to do that, and that AG should have better packaging, but I think that might work. Save up your stars for a bigger shipment?
That's a great idea, Ksami. I'll mention it to my dd. The thing is, though, that she gets SO excited about receiving her "very own" package.
But that is a good idea, especially if it was after her birthday or something, when she had saved up money for something else.
I am never going to buy charms with my stars ever again.My Coconut charm fell off and my Felicity and Elizabeth charm broke in half! They are made with really bad quality.

The firt time I ordered Lissie and lizzie's charm it came broken (ring separated from charm body) and called AG: they told me to pitch the charm and sent me another one. So now, thanks to crazy glue, I have my own E+F charm!
